College Principal, Susan Wareham has after 19 years acquired a wealth of experience in the beauty industry, which has led to the opening of Graceful Changes Beauty Salon in January 2004. In 2005 we applied for a VTCT registration enabling us to provide Level 2 and 3 beauty training courses. We also offer advanced courses such as Red Vein Treatment, Electrolysis and Body Massage to name but a few. In just five years we have acquired a strong and reliable clientèle of 2,300. We give all our thanks and appreciation to all our clients for the support and encouragment we so need to continue and to fulfil the vision that we started with. Susan and Natasha are here to help you make the best of yourselves and to advise you on the correct salon and homecare treatments to suit your needs. Our aim is to provide a comfortable, relaxing and freindly environment that is clean, safe and professional at all times. We use the highest quality of products that are active and corrective but gentle to suit all types of skin even the most sensitive. | In 1991 together with the skills of her husband Tony who converted a double garage of their house in the beautiful Village of Warsash in Hampshire into a beauty salon which gained a reputation for offering a very high standard of service and led to giving Susan the skill and experience necessary to move forward in the beauty industry therefore continuing to develop new skills. |  |

A longing to teach others this fascinating and rewarding subject began her teaching career as a lecturer of beauty therapy at Highbury College in Portsmouth in 1994, which led to an opportunity to lecture in private beauty schools as well as other local colleges of further education teaching all subjects related to beauty therapy. In 1997 Susan transferred her business from the village of Warsash to Merryoak and worked for four years along side her dearest friend and colleague hairdresser Jenny Richmond of Snippets Hair and Beauty Salon. |

In January 2000 Exclusive Beauty was sold along with its good name and established cliental to a very enthusiastic newly qualified therapist. This was a difficult decision but necessary to enable Susan the much needed quality time with her family and as a Christian a time of quiet to seek God`s will and direction for her life in order to make the right changes. It was during this time that Susan`s vision to run her own beauty salon and training school became clear. A year later a very small old shop was offered to them with an affordable lease. Feeling sure that this was where God wanted them to be they started the huge amount of work that was necessary to transform it into a beauty salon. Susan and Tony have trusted in the Lord Jesus for all their needs giving everything to ensure that all who visit graceful changes will leave feeling renewed, refreshed and gracefully changed. |

Ghana Beauty School Project with Sonrise Ministries Susan has worked with the missionary team from Sonrise Ministries Church in Locks Heath where she has worshipped for 15 years. Teaching the skills of beauty therapy to the young girls in Ghana who have lost there families and leaving them alone with no hope and no future. Learning beauty skills has given them hope to not only achieve a skill but to help feed themselves and their families. Sonrise have been supporting Pastor Osmond and his team financially and practically in the poverty stricken villages of West Africa providing the funds to build an Orphange, School and a Church as well as a Bakers, a Beauty Salon (Graceful Changes in James Town Ghana). During the past eight years our vision for Sonrise Ministries to plant churches in Africa has allowed the Lord Jesus to do great and mighty works which have been accomplished through the strength and determination of a small but steadfast, strong, compassionate and praying church. Sonrise have provided funds for the Ghana team to purchase a small building which will enable them to put the beauty skills they have learned from Susan in to practise. Susan is proud and excited her students have named the beauty shop Graceful Changes. Sonrise Ministries support Pastor Osmond in providing food and water twice a day to the villages that are not able to support themselves. There is much more to do and many more lives to save and support but we trust in our prayers for them and know that they will be answered. Susan has a vision to go with the team in October 2009 to teach larger classes but will need sponsership to be able to go this year. You may then start to notice blood capillary damage that appears as a red network of superficial veins on the cheeks and around the nose. These may worsen temporarily with stimuli such as heat, alcohol, sun exposure or spicy food.
If the skin is still left unprotected and uncared for, dry skin types with sensitive skin conditions may become intolerant and sensitised to products and, in extreme cases (especially around times of hormonal change), a condition known as Acne Rosacea may form.
A dry, sensitive skin with its vulnerable, fragile nature is easy to care for and control but due to the lack of natural protection, is often the skin that ages most quickly.
